Couple problems with PaidPro Plus 1) Doesn’t have section/ different tab capability, only favourites. If you have different kinds of products, for example coffee and food, you should have different screens for easier, more efficient access. Have to scroll 50 products to find 1 items. 2) Forced to associate a refund. If you have a large clientele you have to find the individual transaction of the person, this means scrolling 200 transactions throughout the day and finding the 1 that was used. Worst refund option I have seen on a system. 3) Slow system. During peak periods the program slows to a crawl

I was using Square before, but find that the overall experience with PAYD Pro Plus is more streamlined, and it has saved me money with the lower processing rates from Moneris. Being able to accept inserted debit is great! Square still lacks that feature, and not all of my customers have tap enabled on their cards. The app is very easy to use and the reporting features are great! I love that I can access my store from anywhere.

Love it. The new updated app is easy and intuitive.

The app has everything needed for my retail store - inventory management, customer profiles, comprehensive reports, categorization, promotions, pictures, ability to create barcodes, works with my website, and etc! It’s saved me so much time after I had it set up. The biggest thing I wanted was inventory management so I would know what’s low in stock and selling well. I could easily pull a report to see. Plus I could see reports from home to know if I needed to adjust staffing and how we were for targets. Moneris made it easy by having a demonstrator come in to show me the software before I purchased so I could learn all about its features and benefits. The demonstrator, sales rep, and customer support were very helpful as I got set up and learned to navigate the app. The recent updates have made the app even smoother to use. Since it is a Moneris solution, I can deal with them directly for the point of sale solution and my debit and credit processing. I also like that gift cards work with the in store wired and the mobile wireless pinpad. I can take this with me to the few special events I do through the year.

I told them this app has lots of problems,but they never want fix. Just change something new you don’t like it.....

The new app update is garbage. It was bad before but now its hard to see, doesn't load properly and wont allow you to male changes to products in the app on your ipad. This product is such a disappointment.

The previous app was much more intuitive and was easier to use. It seems like everything in the new app takes an extra step to complete. This version also feels slower and less responsive than the previous (green) app. The updated app makes it difficult to complete transactions and slows down the check-out process. Also the app is no longer working seamlessly with the Moneris supplied receipt printer, requiring the clerk to re-enable and choose the correct printer (even if there is only one) every time the application is re-started. Moving all of the functions from where they were previously found has caused difficulty for long-time users, making it hard to find products and other functions that had been under the left hand hamburger menu.
