一個退款搞左半個月，等佢覆個email都等幾日然後只回你一句冇退款指示，服務係真差。

When I use PayMe app for payment and using their discount coupon. Unfortunately, the system has error and did not redeem the coupon. When wrote the complaint to their CS, they only provide the guideline to redeem without any investigation. The response is made me disappointed and unprofessional without any investigation. I think HSBC is one of major financial institution company in HK, but CS quality service is very poor and disappointed. Pls improve your staff ASAP.

Was a very good and convenient app. As time passed, more and more restrictions and requirements applied makes it no longer competitive.

Poor setup

The app always freezes when received big amount of money
