You pay for what you get, you can’t record your weight to show progress. You need to go into settings to make the text smaller to fit the phone, if you need reading glasses. Which makes it hard if you can’t train wearing your glasses. Not worth it.

I am telling you, run don’t walk! If you want to build your glutes and get in shape then this is the app for you! I am absolutely loving the workouts in the app, every lower body workout really hits the glutes and you get a great pump. It also includes upper body days to ensure you get a balanced physic. The app is super user friendly, the explanation videos are easy to follow while doing your workout and I love that the app tracks your workouts for you. Bonus is it also includes an ab challenge and nutritional advice. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get in shape and build their glutes.

I am currently in a deficit but have loved following both the gym (and home workout when I’m travelling). The app could use some improvements but not complaining at that price point with a lifetime access. Recommend it if you’re just starting out in your gym journey.

The consistency of the workouts for each quarter allows me to track my progress in terms of strength: I can track my reps in a row AND strength so that I can tell I’m both getting stronger and seeing muscle development.

The peachgainz 12 week at home program is one of the best at home workout programs on the market! This is the third at home program designed by a trainer that I have purchased, and the only one that doesn’t just talk the talk. With the meal plan and strictly following the program, my glutes really did transform in 12 weeks. I highly recommend this to anyone that is trying to transform their booty!
