I signed up to see what they were about as I couldn’t afford Speechify

It worked for 5 minutes “free”trial and then I couldn’t get it to work for anything so I canceled it .  They continue to bill me fraudulently and still send me notifications even though I don’t have the app.  

I want my money refunded. 

I have had to block my CC which means I can’t pay my actual bills . 

Do not recommend.

This app was grossly misleading about capabilities. There are hardly any books to fully upload to the app, otherwise you have to scan them in page by page. I was hoping to be able to upload university texts and all the personal development books I own so I could listen while driving, but not a single one could be uploaded fully, just the book description. Additionally, I can’t find a cancellation link anywhere. I removed my user account, but was still charged. I’ve addressed via email, but any app or program that doesn’t offer a cancellation link is sketchy.

The app charges you for the membership within hours of the three day trial, which is therefore a hoax.
The voice is like any other tts and the app could be easier to navigate/use. Errors are not correctable. They don't seem to accept mobi or epub files. Contacting them is very difficult.
