A good opportunity to test new product I love this app

I had over 15,000 coins and answered surveys religiously. Out of the blue, my coins showed to be 0 and the app kept crashing. I thought an update was needed, I updated and it even crashed more. I’d advise you stay away from this app, it collects your information and gives you back stress and frustration. I reached out to their support team on Instagram many times and nothing is being done. Deleting it for good after two weeks of the app crashing.

Instead of redeeming coins for gift cards (10,000 for $10 gift card), you now get to redeem almost the exact same amount of coins (7,000) for a raffle entry for a chance to win a $10 gift card! “Daily” surveys don’t exist; you’re lucky if you get one survey for ~200 coins once every three weeks. So at this rate, it would take you over a year to earn the chance to win a $10 gift card. What a joke. The only other option to earn coins is by taking paid surveys, which offer an insultingly low incentive for the time they require and frequently the app glitches and they don’t reward you coins after completing them. This app is dead and no one should waste time with it.

Lately no packs to work on so I am at a stand still … no more points to gain !! Then a month ago I was able to claim for a gift card went through to the first step then it FROZE and wouldn’t you know it I lost that gift card I was trying to redeem ! DONT BOTHER !!

Fun and short survey but nothing to redeem. Once i saw a itunes giftcard and cannot redeem it due to a technical error… this app is a total scam and a lost of time.

When I first started using this app, I would have rated it 5* as there were lots of surveys and gift cards to be had. I didn’t cash in for a $5 card as I was saving for a $10 gift card. Then A year ago I would have given it a 1* as there was a long break between being able to get more points… and the less expensive gift cards ran out…but I read a reply to a comment saying they were working on it, so I held on. …the opportunities to answer surveys is not as frequent as I thought it would be. I bought a coupon with my points for a free product but had printer problems and didn’t know that it would expire…and it did :( and to rub salt into my wound, I have a daily reminder to rate the product I wasn’t able to get… Love the concept, and like everything during the pandemic, it seems there are supply issues, so I’m being patient and optimistic.
