Peoples Bank (WA)

App is very unreliable difficult to login, erases my saved username and password, has me reset touch ID and all the other requirements again and again. Please replace this terrible, almost useless app.

Ever since I opened my account with people’s bank I’ve had issues with this app. Customer service has never been able to help. I sign in and have to resubmit all of my information/ receive text authorization every single time I open the app. When I click on my account to view balance/charges I’m automatically signed out. Honestly having peoples bank is a time warp back to 1999, it seems as though they’ve pretty much given up mobile banking

Their servers are down all the time. Super annoying and defeats the point of online banking

App has worked well for the most part but got stuck in a loop starting a couple weeks ago (sign-in...log-off, authentication, etc). Had to delete and re-install to work again.

Crap shoot whether it will allow you to login or just crash. Very outdated and poorly designed. The deposit feature always asks for you to take several pictures before it works. BECU’s platform is much better.

Just update latest on an iPhone. Application no longer works (even after powering down/up). This should have been tested prior to release. Al my other apps work great.

This app is garbage. It doesn’t seem to use Face ID even though it claims to. It never saves your login info. And once you login in it will ask you to send a code for the two step verification, but if you leave the app to look at the code in your messages it will boot you out back to the beginning. I hope peoples bank spends some money on a real app that works without so many bugs soon.

Not very reliable, and the people’s pay option rarely works. Disappointed.

Difficult and poorly organized log-on system. Does not inspire confidence in security. Not worth the risk. Computer website poorly designed and difficult to navigate (insufficient labels, etc.) but easier to secure.
