This has been an issue for well over a year on the app,when ordering a rice bowl,it always says pinto beans are unavailable as an option when in fact they ARE AVAILABLE at the restaurant,hopefully someone can get this fixed so customers can order more than black beans!!!

+ the food selection process was pretty decent - no Apple Pay, no credit card autofill - didn’t notify me that the restaurant won’t accept guest orders until after I’d completed the entire order process - no support for password manager autofill - can’t create an account, phone number is already in use - can’t reset my password because my email isn’t found Order cancelled. App uninstalled. Don’t make it so hard to buy your food.

Two dollar off prom came up when I got in the app but when checking out it would not accept the code. Annoying. I was going to make the purchase anyway. Wasting my time with an ad that caused me to go through the checkout process multiple times is not enjoyable. I would have been really happy to just log in and reorder. But now I’m annoyed. That’s a terrible ad campaign

After one bite of this delicious sandwich you are hooked for life. I have never tasted a sandwich more flavorful and savory than this one. I will forever be a repeat customer.

Never have liked being asked to tip on something I haven’t seen the quality of the work in.

PepperJax has brought their grill and customizable entrees to the app. You can now earn rewards with any purchase including online, the app, and in-store. All you have to do in-store is provide the cashier with your phone number associated with the app. You earn free items quickly which is an added bonus.

The mobile ordering system on the app isn’t sophisticated enough to allow me to customize my order as I would in person. Yet, I am only able to redeem rewards earned via ordering online. You’re not able to simply scan a bar code like you can in every other place. As expensive (but good) the PepperJax is, they could really improve their app.

Nice app, let’s me order pretty easily.
