Won’t allow you to scan QR code iPhone 16 Pro.

Latest update to App makes it so you can only add up to 5 veg now, where as before you could add as many as you wanted. Still like the food but til app gets changed I’m gonna stop using it.

App gives you reward for free entree, but you can’t use it and stores won’t recognize it without “activating it” in the app. When you try to use in the app, there is no way to apply the coupon.

I dislike the app due to, with me, I like paying inside instead of using the order on the app. I have to remember to get the app open before I have to pay or I’ll lose out on loyalty points, which I have done so many times. There’s no way to redeem points once payment has been processed, no way to recover anything or a way to scan the QR code to get the points. I love the food, but I really want to be loyal and have points to prove it. I hope one day that someone will get the ball rolling to update and upgrade the app so I can get points.

This has been an issue for well over a year on the app,when ordering a rice bowl,it always says pinto beans are unavailable as an option when in fact they ARE AVAILABLE at the restaurant,hopefully someone can get this fixed so customers can order more than black beans!!!

+ the food selection process was pretty decent - no Apple Pay, no credit card autofill - didn’t notify me that the restaurant won’t accept guest orders until after I’d completed the entire order process - no support for password manager autofill - can’t create an account, phone number is already in use - can’t reset my password because my email isn’t found Order cancelled. App uninstalled. Don’t make it so hard to buy your food.

Two dollar off prom came up when I got in the app but when checking out it would not accept the code. Annoying. I was going to make the purchase anyway. Wasting my time with an ad that caused me to go through the checkout process multiple times is not enjoyable. I would have been really happy to just log in and reorder. But now I’m annoyed. That’s a terrible ad campaign

After one bite of this delicious sandwich you are hooked for life. I have never tasted a sandwich more flavorful and savory than this one. I will forever be a repeat customer.

Never have liked being asked to tip on something I haven’t seen the quality of the work in.
