We are client focused centres for health and wellness, integrating science with holistic, mindful movement and treatments.
Our allied health practitioner team includes experienced Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise and Sport Scientists and Remedial Massage Therapists to offer a comprehensive range of treatment, exercise and movement options.
Our integrative approach draws from traditional Physiotherapy hands-on treatment, with exercise rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, strength and conditioning, yoga and acupuncture, so that an optimal program is designed and suited to each individual client.
