Perpay - Shop and Build Credit

The turnaround time for a response, and solution is totally unacceptable, not to mention when who or whatever responds they tell you the exact same thing every time, without reviewing the information, instead the person who replies will forward you the same automated message, you will receive yourmerchandise, after approval “ ONE DAY”.

This app is terrible it hides itself in hidden fees and agendas ur better off using affirm it’s better safer and actually helps builds ur credit

My direct deposit has yet to hit my Perpay account. Now to my understanding my whole check is in limbo! I will update if anything changes but for now this is my experience.

I have been with Perpay a little over a year and the products are severely overpriced. Every item is already priced higher than the store. Most of the items are discontinued from retailers and have clearance prices online but are almost double on Perpay. They also charge extreme shipping fees. You will be charged around $20 for EVERY item. I ordered 4 items totaling $500 and was charged $70. You have no shipping options. High ticket items are sometimes $500-$1000 more than the retail prices. Be sure to compare the prices online before you buy.

Hello I just want to say that this app is awesome I have been using it now for about 3 years this app is very helpful and convenient I never have to worry it come right out of my check or I can switch it pay by credit/debit card there are tons of items I wish I seen a couple more but all together this is great would recommend this to anyone

The Marketplace is very overpriced and the Credit Card could take upwards of 30 days and they don’t have shipping or tracking numbers so they have no ETA for the cards meanwhile they continue to withdraw 75$ for the credo card out of each check. Transfers take forever their customer service is subpar as well.

I had this app trying to use it but it keeps telling me my identity is not verified I tried to contact customer service no one reply

They will take your money and that’s when customer service goes MIA coincidentally. Even when You speak with them, they’ll lie. They’ll charge your card even if you cancelled it. I. I am 300$ deep on a cancelled card. Do not sign up with them.

You can expect items to be listed for 200$ + more then what they are worth and have ridiculous and I mean ridiculous shipping fees. They are making a lot of money just basically being 3rd part re sellers and calling it making credit. Don’t fall for the sham it’s not worth it. You can also look through the reviews and see their same copy and paste reply to everyone they don’t care about you period. Also you want me to upload my direct deposit to yall who don’t even take care of customers and ignore them and have 0 contact phone number? NICE TRY DIDDY

I was going to use this app but after seeing how everything is soo overpriced I would not recommend this to anybody Klarna and Afterpay are a way better option!
