Good concept but I agree with others’ comments - no way to advice screen from phone number.

Ok, so I can get past the screen where I input my phone number and my vet but the next screen asks me to select a phone number so they can text me a security code. I tap on my phone number and the circle next to it fills in with a blue dot. Then I hit the send button and a pink box pops up telling me to please select a phone number! I did. There’s literally a blue dot next to it. I can’t get past that screen. I was really excited when my vet said they were going to start using this app but it’s garbage. I guess I’ll just keep using email to contact them and request appts on their website.

Downloaded app on request of our vet, but the app freezes and won’t open.

Don’t waste your time trying to use this app. It’s not maintained and zero response from the developer. The UI looks extremely dated and I’m unable to get past the login screen. This app is a big let down compared to other vet clinics.

Unable to download the app to my phone

Vet tried to send me 16 digit code and app failed to send. I tried entering my phone number and Vet and the app won’t accept my phone number. The radio button is highlighted and my phone number appears but when I hit send it says to enter my phone number. I have shared with my Vet.

I attempted several times to get this app and open it but it does not let me go to the next screen. I’m hoping you are working on this issue! TY

This app used to work. I have installed, deleted, reinstalled multiple times. Once you add your phone number there is no way to move on. I tried by starting with the name of my veterinarian that is under the phone number but then it will not let me input my phone number. Why can someone not get this right? I see others complaining of the same thing.

I really liked my vet’s previous app. Much more information was available to me on it, such as weight at last appt, microchip number, etc. I do not care for this app at all.

Can’t even enter any information. Can type phone number but can’t see it or continue.
