## Pet Monitor VIGI Reviews in Австралия

### *---- "Didn't work"
Unfortunately when I left the home wifi the camera would not connect to my phone and the signal on my iPad dropped I contacted “Martin” and they advised it should automatically pick up the connection and if not restart router. I tried this, it did not help. Refund requested. Not heard back 👎
-- kxcolema, 2024-03-14

### *---- "Poor connection poor communication"
The monitor works when at home and both devices are connected to the home wifi. That’s pointless. When I’m out I continually get a poor connection error. I upgraded modem ($500+). It worked for a few weeks and now the same error. So frustrating. There is no one to talk to. Very to difficult to troubleshoot an issue like this without being able to talk to someone. I messaged and I received some dribble as a response.
If it works for you great. It doesn’t for me.
-- Joe Zaccheo, 2023-09-13

### ***** "Brilliant"
I have never submitted a review on an app before, however this is so good I was compelled to rate it - and highly. Works a treat.
