Petron Value Card

App keeps you in loading even you clear the app and return to it, it still you keep on loading. I think the developer should fix this issue because they have many client user who would like to check regularly their accounts rewards and benefits. Please address this issue so your app can be accessible and helpful to your customers.

I cannot add my petron value card even though I already registered it via SMS, Instruction in the card and Mobile App has different mobile number to send registation.

walang kwentang app, hindi naman nagloload yung sa transactions to view the points.

I redeem my points and deducted 500 on my rewards. And it doesnt appear on my reward tab. This app is trash. customer service is useless sending copy paste response. Please report this is a scam. Reward system is pointless and useless.

Why the heck did this bonus points app need a government-issued ID? I got 2 value cards, one of them brand new. Can’t register both. Tried registering thru SMS, only the new one was accepted. For the app, if you’ll only reply a system-generated message “Sorry for inconvenience”, it just shows insincerity and stupidity. Had another app/card from a competitor, works so well. Never had problems.
