Not good ux experience because there is no way for me to reach out to the vet if i choose videocall consult. The AI chat doesnt help as it doesnt give me any resources to contact support. I wasnt able to find any support contact from the app even if i look through my profile or i dont even know where settings is. This might be a user error but in the whole 15mins i was so stressed in just joining my consult. Buti na lang the vet had the urgency and contacted me through mobile.
