They lure customers in by showing low priced generic meds that are usually out of stock but they don’t convey that to customers until an order has been paid for & customer is waiting for their order then they cancel it. Shameful behaviour, 1mg is much more reliable & tells you the stock upfront no dodgy business practices. Here a company as big as Pharmeasy can’t even keep their inventory linked to the app.

Medicines are readily available though they deliver in 3-4 working days. Also as medicines are at a 20% off so they’re comparatively cheaper than buying from a nearby pharmaceutical store.
Wrong Medicines delivered Half of the order delivered with full delivery charges Delivery charges are more than the discount offered. So effectively paying more than MRP.
Don’t rely on this app. They are never on time and executives. Will call you and harass you even after you pay for your orders..

Avoid this app at all costs! Their customer support is non-existent. If your item goes missing or there’s an issue, they will refuse to provide any refund. They simply claim the seller confirmed the item was delivered properly, leaving you helpless. It’s a complete waste of time and money. I highly recommend using 1mg or Mr. Med instead—they’re far more reliable and professional.

They don’t offer any discount nowadays and charge exorbitant delivery charges. Moreover whatever order you place, they keep on calling you and insist you to buy alternatives having similar composition for their pwn commission even though the items you have chosen are there in stock. This is very annoying.
I trusted this app to deliver life-saving medicine, but it failed to do so in time. Despite placing the order well in advance, there were delays. This negligence could have had serious consequences. When dealing with critical health needs, such errors are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this app for urgent medical needs. Not recommended at all.
