Philips Hue Sync

Please add the ability to accurately adjust the color saturation. Some of the colors on the wall look very rich, not like on the TV. Or tell me how to make the color more calm? Thank you for the opportunity to have ambilight on any TV. I believe that you will bring the software to perfection.

Got stuck on the Bluetooth pairing phase. The app says “Connection not secured”. Tried to turn on/off Bluetooth, restart my iPhone, restart the box. Nothing works. Phone support line ai chargeable, I waited for 5-10 mins, didn’t work

🤦‍♂️ Philips doesn’t stop to disappoint. A lot a small details were overlooked. Even Hue Bridge, lamps, and the HDMI Syncbox power adapters cover adjacent sockets.

Llevo semanas pidiéndole a Philips que me resuelva el tema como si no estuviera conectado al mismo wifi.

En la aplicación da la opción de poder vincular un asistente inteligente en mi caso Alexa, después de dar la autorización en mi cuenta de Phillips al momento de vincularse con Alexa marca un error como si no encontrar el dispositivo y únicamente no puedo vincular la Alexa con el Hue Sync, en verdad sería muy útil que solucionar en ese problema ya que facilitaría mucho bajar la densidad del brillo en las luces al momento de reproducir contenido media, Únicamente me ocurre con el Hue sync, Tengo otras luces de Phillips que funcionan correctamente con Alexa espero que lo solucionen

Dice que no esta conectado a la misma red wifi, y no se conecta. No esta barato para que no funcione.

It's just ridiculous how poorly the app works and how poorly it works/ disconnects or takes a long time to reconnect, it has very few features for its price , there really could be more features but they don't take advantage of it.

When I was using the Macbook/Windows hue sync app, I had the option to sync video but ALSO and at the same time audio for the effects. I really loved that function, it’s great for music videos and it’s the main use that I gave to the hue system. Now I'm using the hue sync box and it can do video only OR audio only. I'm not able to find an option to use both. Also with the desktop app I had the option to choose a color palette with the music sync, this option doesn’t exist either. This is an expensive article, so did I pay like $300 usd for something that is LESS capable than just running a desktop app? Unbelievable

Necesitan tener área de soporte, una vez se des configura ya no puedes volverla a configurar, se queda cargando y no encuentra el dispositivo. Es muy caro como para que no sirva.
