Fun way for kids to learn how to brush I’m a fun way. They like getting the rewards and is a great way to learn proper brushing! We did encounter a bug where a reward was given but did not appear in the menu specifically a backdrop. It would be nice to be able to refresh the rewards system or something where it checks to see if the reward was given.

The latest update during brushing the app just freezes. You have to swipe it closed and reopen. It picked up the brushing and in several cases freezes again while brushing. It’s incredibly frustrating!

The app was fantastic until the last update.  Since then, the app will freeze during brushing causing a reset.  Then my child doesn’t get her gift and she gets upset.  Hopefully there is a patch to fix these glitches

My son constantly swipes the app away on accident looking for his spray can or whatever.  Just sort the newest items to always show up first on the bar.   It’s almost daily I have to come in and help him and it’s super annoying.  Or just put it on top of the view.

The app is good for showing kids where to brush and how long to brush, but often it has glitches.  Also when trying to ask for credit for missed brushing the calendar app takes forever to update.  There should be an option for divorced parents to share brush data, etc. For example.. when kid goes to other parent’s house, maybe a week is missed, but they were actually brushing at the other home, so the brushing streak is lost.

The app was great and my kid had a lot of fun with it - it helped encourage him to brush his teeth twice a day. Then suddenly it stopped updating the brushing streak, meaning no prizes are being received. The app is up to date. Nothing in troubleshooting helped and “chatting with a live specialist” takes you to a broken link. Very disappointed.
