Mum left her phone in an uber. We called it and a man picked up saying he would get it here by a certain time, but that hasn't happened. I downloaded this app to track her phone and it says i needed to pay 12.99 for a week to track the phone, and when i payed it wouldn't let me search for her phone. I want my money back, who do i continue?
Want to find my wife lost phone, because the tracker and bluetooth was off so we cant locate it, find this app on google search, and the app say we can find it from phone number, so I download it, enter my wife phone number, the app shows they found it so i must subscribe, i subscribe then after that it doesn’t work,

I put the number in and it said, we’ve got a location on your device, now pay 12.99 to view. Ince paid I couldn’t see where it was and it needs a code etc. how can I put a code in when it’s lost!!! How absolutely ridiculous! Absolute rip off in a time of stressfulness
Said could find the phone number to get me to purchase and then did not show me the phone location
Feels like a total scam. When you enter the lost iPhone number prior to making app purchase it says the app has located the phone. After purchase it doesn’t locate it without acceptance from the lost phone! Only useful if you buy the subscription prior to losing any of the registered devices.
