It is awesome app
Phonepay Not responsible for the successful transaction
My last experience with phonepay. Once you have paid, phone pay is not repossessed even the merchant said that they haven’t received the money and money is deducted from your bank. After talked to customer care service they said , I have to wait and I will get back money with in 2 weeks. After waited 2 weeks I haven’t received anything. I contacted again the customer care service, they said you have to wait 10 more days. Is it a fintech or government scheme which never get.

Search option from history is remove..getting issue in search any specific transaction from recent transactions
Personal loan
Personal loan section is not working for past 1 month . I called customer support, tickets everything but nothing changed . Still im waiting for it . Worst app
App not supported on iPhone 11

iOS support stated not accurate
This app really doesn’t support on iOS 14 and above even though they stated that it works on iOS 14 and above. Actually now the app only works on devices with iOS 17 and above.
