This app for my watch used to be great, however it’s started glitching after ticking completed after every exercise. Every time you’ve done an exercise the watch app will close. Quite annoying as I don’t want to use my phone.

There’s nowhere in this app or on the website where I can view all the exercises. This is a major shortfall for me as I would like to see more advanced exercises than what has been assigned to me so I can discuss them with my physio.

As it stands, I can’t use the app effectively as I only have a basic routine given by my physio. I want to discuss better exercises but without being able to see them I feel underprepared when I go to my appointments.

I’m doing a more advanced routine now and not using the app as a result. 

I know my physio is not doing a great job here, and he’s the reason I’ve had to look elsewhere for exercises. But you should make the exercises available to customers so we can at least look at them.

The app works fine ONCE IT CAN FIND YOUR LATEST PROFILE. Often you’ll need to sign out and sign in again to achieve this. However doing so means you lose all your previous exercises/workouts - which can I say you pay for handsomely by visiting a physio in the first place. So my main problem with this app is that all I can see are the exercise I was recommended most recently - not the very many I’ve been recommended in the past. I think this is a pretty major flaw.

Developers nowadays are brain lazy. don’t bother to build backward compatibility in their app. Consequence, users who needs quick access to the app while on the road are FORCED to update before using it.

Overall a great app and easy to use.  One minor complaint - whenever I enter the app the music stops!  Rather annoying and would be great to have a fix for it.  Other than that, great job!

The app is difficult to log on to and a real pain when you organise to go to the gym and you can’t log onto your assigned program.  Needs a major update to fix the log on issue that the developers are aware of.  This app is a complete waste of time.

All 4 of my workouts show on your system for my physiotherapist on his system.  Only 2 show for me on the app. They are either slow to sync or not happening at all.  I have just two workouts showing with two missing, one  18 hours ago and 6 hours ago. 
Is there a setting I need to trigger?  
Using iOS 17 on an iPhone and an iPad.

I am 4 weeks into my physio program after back decompression laminectomy surgery and could not be happier the exercise program that they have given me has been amazing and my physiotherapist Tara is excellent in explaining any new exercises could not be more thrilled with how everything is going and to be doing it all pain free

It’s very annoying to have to click on every exercise to see reps and consequently have the video automatically start even if you don’t need it. 

Before this update loved the app and ability to keep you on track with program.

Can you bring back first screen showing the reps for each exercise???

It is annoying that you can’t edit the notes once saved for the first time. 
Note is the only spot u can enter kg amounts. There no designated spot for reference and improvement. 
It is not obvious how to save once you’ve completed the entry details. 
Inability to change the order of exercises.

Love this app. It’s great having the reminder, and explanation on how to do the exercises. So often we are shown by our Physio how to do the exercises but forget how to perform them correctly. Even when written down it’s easy to forget. This is a brilliant guide!

Best way to follow physiotherapist exercises it allows physio to make adjustments at any time remotely and records your exercises by tapping the complete button it also ask you to score any pain on a 1 to ten. The app has a note sections at the end of each exercise.
