In reviewing the apps on my phone, I found this one.  It doesn’t appear on my Home Screen and despite trying numerous ways to delete this thing from my phone, I can’t find any way to do it.  I didn’t download it and the fact that I can’t find a way to delete the app from my phone is ringing huge alarm bells.

Trying these routines to obtain relief from femoral nerve related trauma. 

Nice stretches after less evasive mitral valve repair open heart surgery.  Unlike most open heart surgeries my sternum is intact and I have medium strength in my arms already.  I have to go a little easy avoiding tension in suture areas.

This exercise program is extremely helpful for anyone recovering from knee surgery.  I wish that this would have been available to me right after my knee replacement surgery.  The challenges now are somewhat difficult, but manageable.  After only 7 sessions, I can begin to feel the benefit.   Onwards and upwards.

So glad I found my current Physiotherapist and am glad to have this app to guide me in my program. The only thing I would like to see added, is the ability to change the order of items, primarily to stretch (for example) hips after all other relevant exercises. Thank you for producing a great App!

This app has never really worked and I've been trying to use it for a year. I think the app worked maybe once and it was only for a few days.  

My chiro has assigned exercises for my son and I and the videos won't display in the app.    I have to log in online via a computer browser because I can't view the videos either when I log in via a browser on my phone.

Been using this app on my iPad pro for a few weeks with no issues.  Today it will not rotate to be properly displayed on the iPad.  I have made sure the iPad rotate lock is off.

Freezes Apple Watch on “complete’” screen. Won’t load on iPad (just reloads infinitely). Will only load a single week from your Physio at a time - so no adding from your Kinesiologist or building from previous weeks. Irritating.

Managed to switch off auto play video but need to leave app for timers. Annoying.

I really loved this app, but one of my favourite features was the built in timer that came with stretches that require a hold. For some reason, this feature was removed. Disappointing.
