These guys are dreaming, why would pharmacy pay $50/month for using a basic software? Competitors like pillphill charges $2/month I am willing to pay may be $5/month for some added features like cloud or ai but definitely not $50, I can also buy a professional counter with no monthly subscription for less than $1000 anyway.

I used this app daily and recommended it to everyone I knew. It was a great tool for pharmacists until suddenly, without warning, during a peak mad rush at my pharmacy I was unable to use it without paying $40 a month.

You know when you find something awesome and you tell all your friends? Well that’s what I did with this app. Saw the evolution of this app on Reddit told all my friends, used it often and then Boom! Hit with the subscription model. Maybe I I just miss the days when you could actually just buy an app and that would be it. I understand that there’s maintenance on the app and such but the price for this app is over the top. So I went searching and found other apps that do the same thing. Still feels a little icky about the price. Now, I tell all my friends I’ve moved on to other apps, and not to bother with this one.

Initially I loved this app. It was super helpful for counting large volumes and double checking my counts. Unfortunately it just continues to
stop working. I get signed out and told my password is wrong. If I reset the password it still says it is wrong. I tried making a new account which worked for a bit but then it started saying my password was wrong again and resetting it still did not work. I tried making another account and it won’t send the confirmation number to do so. My coworker is having the same problem with her app. Very disappointed, I hope they can fix the app, it was promising.

Great tool to help with double counts until it logs you out and then tells you your password is wrong. It will let you reset it but still tell you it’s wrong.

It’s also odd that it needs access to the internet to allow you to use the app. I get that you can’t go anywhere without being tracked but a pill counter tracking you????
