CrewLounge PILOTLOG is the most complete logbook app for commercial, military, navy and general aviation pilots.You can record 60 different items on a single flight, such as OOOI hours, crew list, fuel upload, delay code, training notes, etc.

CrewLounge PILOTLOG syncs seamlessly desktop and mobile devices across different operating systems.

- import your roster from CrewLounge Connect

CrewLounge PILOTLOG is a mobile companion app for the main desktop software. You must install the desktop app to take full advantage of this software.

This app is part of the CrewLounge AERO software suite for flight crew, flight attendants and training staff. You need to register with CrewLounge AERO to use this app.

Attention! Read before buying.

I’ve been using the app since April 2023, this week they decided to block my access due to some security issue I didn’t understand, forcing me to request account reactivation. I lost access, and after 24 hours it was restored… and guess what? All my entries were scrambled, the ones I had logged were missing, and worst of all NONE of my 2024 flights were there! That’s right, THEY LOST ALL MY 2024 LOGS. Unbelievable. Even after dozens of emails with support, NOBODY was able to fix it. I stopped using the app and decided to leave this warning for you guys. Be aware about it before buy this service. It can happen to you as well.

The iPhone, iPad and PC apps never sync to the the very same “TOTAL hours”, be it by a few hours difference or sometimes gross errors. After spending hours reading through tutorials with unsuccessful results I could only sync the PC software with a hard reset using a maintenance code sent by costumer support (after days of waiting for an email response). The reset was only good for synchronizing the data once, after one day of entries on the iPhone it was all out of sync again. 
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There are better free options or spend a little more and go with the old and trusted Log Ten.

The app is good, but it could be better. You should make it less dependent on the desktop program. The cloud sync was a huge step but I mean, you should bring features from the desktop app to the mobile apps, like a more powerful query search and printing logbook records. Today, the only reason I have a computer is because of the Pilot Log Program. Other than that, I only use my iPad and iPhone for every other single task. So, think about the mobility on a pilot’s life and make the mobile apps powerful! By the way, I’m a loyal costumer, because by now I could have migrated to other logbook softwares that have a more complete mobile service.

Informei ao suporte que agendou via WhatsApp e em 2 horas atualizou a programação do pilotlog tornando possível baixar os voos via aims. Sairam alguns erros em alguns voos atualizados via aims, mas é possivel de editar e corrigir.

Excellent pilot logbook! The best of all. It works very well and the cost benefit is wonderful. Simple and friendly interface, both on the computer and on the cell phone. From what I've researched each Logbook app needs some assistance on the computer configuration or in the app, that's a fact!
