I’ve been a member of this app since 2020. There are times where I used to take a break from this app to focus on my studies. Now I decided to comeback to maybe find my future partner. But last night my account got flagged down for selling service? I have not in my life tried to sell anything. I would like to have my account back. Couldn’t access it on mh phone.

I could not verify my photos, saying my camera is not accessible. But checking the settings, there is no camera button on Pinalove app that I could turn on to access it. And when I went to the camera settings itself, there is no Pinalove app to grant access to. Plus, the people I blocked or hid are still showing on my profile. I am confused.

Ugly setup and graphics, customer service doesn’t work, just bans account randomly, you get a free trial premium for a week but will ban your account so totally useless
