1/5, app does not send SMS token to my phone number. Because of this, app cannot be used. Tried reinstalling, deleting all data, restaring phone.

The app is very easy and fun to use and never crashes! The whole idea is amazing! Love it!

Appen fungerade utmärkt och var lätt att använda. Lätt att få beställt mat och dryck. Betalningen fungerade smidigt via appen. Också mycket fin upplevelse på restaurangen. Bra service och trevlig personal.

This app works quite well and is easy to use but it takes many scumbag approaches. It requires identification via SMS. I’m privacy conscious and don’t want them having my phone number. At least offer the option to immediately delete account afterwards. Keeping it for a year is not ok. It also does not show the total sum of the order to trick people into ordering more. During payment, the app requires you to enter the total sum manually (optionally adding tip) OR forces you to give a tip if you just want to pay. This is horrible user experience. In Finland it is also uncommon to tip; even more so when there is self-service involved. And finally, no Apple Pay support.
