I have had way to many problems with this app. I was unable to add billers and had to go ask for help at the branch. Even they were unable to add them so they had to call support, support couldn’t figure it out and they had to manually enter the billers in on the computer at the branch. Now when I go into pay bills to adjust an amount I sign in go to pay bills and I get the spinning wheel and after a lengthy wait the app just closes down and I’m back at my phones Home Screen. I have turned off and on my phone I’ve reset network settings I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I called for technical support and after talking for almost 30 minutes the tech said everything is fine I don’t have a problem! But it still doesn’t work, he said I should delete the app and reinstall, already tried that but okay, I did it again and still it doesn’t work. He apologized and said sorry there’s nothing he can do. I’ve been trying to use the app anyway and today I got tired of not being able to use my app so I started a chat. It lasted almost 30 minutes again and I got the same answer everything is fine just delete and reinstall. I did it again and guess what? The definition of insanity is true, I keep being told to do the same thing over and over and somehow expecting a different result.
