I love this app. It’s super quick and surprising feature packed. For the most part it’s also really intuitive - I was up and running in minutes. It’s a five star app except for the really dated and quirky UI - but don’t let that put you off! One time payment (none of this subscription nonsense) makes it an easy purchase
. 
Multiple floors, fantastic room editing, simple sketching, imports, lots of items to fit out your rooms (all editable) and export to PDF or image with a scale.

With a bit of polish this could be the best floor planner app out there. Brilliant stuff.

Some outside fitout items/landscaping: Trees, water, hard standing and drainage systems.

I needed to do a fairly complicated plan one evening (about 12 rooms) and I thought it would be impossible in the time available - but I found this App. It was so easy to use I had it drawn to scale on my iPhone and distributed it to team members ready for the following day. As with any software there are few little quirks- but nothing major. On opening a drawing to show someone - if they point to something but touch the screen something could move. I just ‘duplicate’ and show the duplicate instead. A ‘lock’ button may be useful.

So much of this app is good, but sadly some basic options seem to be missing.  Such as undo and redo, more shape options like hexagon and octagon, you stop freedrawn shapes from ‘clipping’ to others but not preset rooms, you can’t add doors and windows to freedrawn shapes, but can’t make round, hexagon or octagon shape rooms.  Now just as I was getting to the end of my design I’ve had two rooms ‘lock’ on me.  I can’t highlight them so I can’t do anything with them not even delete so now I have to start again.  Some really good points but just missing out 5 stars because of a few simple things.

I immediately enjoyed using this app - and really appreciated the simplicity of use.  With some augmentation it could be GREAT.  Things I need - to know how long lines are as they are drawn, to be able to put in dimensions on finished drawings.  And your video tutorials are too rapid and do not include enough explanations for old duffers like me - so it needs a lot of trial and error to learn.  How do I use the split function?  Thanks -keep it up.

Hi, I’m loving the floor plan app. I do however have some requests/suggestions that I hope the developers will consider... 

The tiled surface option should show below kitchen sideboards but it covers the top of them. 
a "cupboard" to drag and drop would be nice, like a wardrobe or built-in storage. 
a U-shaped kitchen sideboard would be nice
an UNDO button (that’s always in the corner) would be nice (maybe to undo up to the last 5 actions) (or an "undo" gesture) 
the door gap option does not look like a gap. a simple "wall gap" would be useful
a "bring to front" option, as putting an arrow above a stair, to show the direction, is hard, as the arrow is not visible under the stairs. 
a bath with a shower over it would be a great option, as that's a common set up in the UK
a sink with a drainer board would be nice for the kitchen. 
A dashed-line in the free draw section would be useful, and a rectangle with a dashed-line would also be useful. 
an option to colour in the rooms would be very useful
allowing a room without walls (a patch) is useful as it can be coloured green for grass and grey for a path, to allow the plot to be added to the plan
being able to change the size of the room labels (like you can change the size of the free text) would be helpful. 
a "tree" or "bush" that can be placed in a garden or in a room would also be nice. (also a sofa, table and a TV would be nice)
ability to put a logo (or watermark logo) in the background would be nice. 
Export button that puts all floors on one page would be nice.
the free text allows you to add a disclaimer, but its a bit clunky as you can't use the "return" button to add a line to a text box. 
Making it work on MacBook Pro as well as iPad would be cool
finally (and least important, but I guess hardest to make) is a 3D conversion button (like PlanUp has) to convert the plan from 2D to 3D.... 

and all that, would make this FP package PERFECT! I would be happy to pay a handsome fee for such a package, and I know many, many other estate agents in the UK would too. I hope you can do most/all of them? Thanks

Almost there.  The restrictions in not getting to an exact dimension is a little frustrating, in addition the ability to select an individual wall and adjust its thickness would allow for greater accuracy.

For the cost, this is a very powerful little app. I certainly allowed me to create a fairly accurate plan ready in time for discussions with my architect.

Dimensions, hidden walls, and the fixture and fittings options are very well done. The developer customer service is excellent, truly first rate.

I would have liked dimensioning on Doors and Windows (hence the 4 stars), but apart from that, a great product.

Removal of the logo (as mentioned by the other reviewer) is very easy, so I feel his low star rating is very mean

This app could be practically the apogee of floor planning apps were it not for the mindless clodding logo stamping on the export file that renders the app practically useless.

The size of the logo dominates the outputted image and really ruins what is otherwise a pretty immaculate app.

Other improvements to what I have said is by far the best program that I have come across for generating quick floor plans on an iPad:

Loose the logo it really is not necessary 
The ability to export to other file formats
The ability to dimensionalise to a dialled in number.
The ability to generate boxes to dimension sizes or even to see dimension sizes when drawing them.
The ability to generate bay windows withe the extra area included in floor area calculations.  
An option to include the file name on the image
An option to buy more fit out items, for example electrical symbols 

So close...so far.
