This app don’t work well. Not open the camera and the app crash it. Important: can not stop the subscription. Please Apple I need to help me

Bought this app once and forever instead of time limited subscription hoping to get the most. Tried a few times and it didn’t recognize my mini roses. Noticed additional charge for yearly subscription. Checked my subscriptions and saw only one 1 year term although I bought lifetime initially. Tried to find app support, but couldn’t. Writing here..

I had been walking with my bf and he asked what a plant was I said I didn’t no but downloaded this app to see for what I needed it did what was expected. Saw a lot of bad reviews I haven’t ran into those issues so all in all I still have it on my phone and continue to use it as of now . Thanks

I requested to discontinue this app! I didn’t know I had even signed up for purchase! Being charged $7.58 a month! Please discontinue this charge !

It only takes a picture of your plant it doesn’t say what you need for your plant to stay alive Eliza you do not download this game right when I take a picture of my flowers it just said what type of flower it was and it was so bad so don’t download it

I’m not sure how you can charge someone $30 for an app that consistently gets the ID of plants wrong. The plant id apps that don’t charge or charge a lot less than this app are my go to app I use

Really great app

Not a good app this is the second time I’m filling out my review because it just all of a sudden deleted my first one the app contradiction itself before I even started using it during the walk-through where the app shows me an example of the plant it has it showed money tree that goes on to contradicted itself in each paragraph things like don’t give a direct sunlight and then at the end says gives 4-6 hours of direct. It does this for soil type it does it for the pH and it does it for the fertilizer each one contradicts itself I’m deleting this app. It’s no good. I have over 200 house plants and I don’t know how many outside ones, I just need these apps to help me remember the names of them but if I was new, this would not be helpful. I would be so confused. Print example it says fertilize every two weeks during the gross season and then it ends with fertilized twice a year which one is it? So it’s not picky about pH, but then goes and tells you the exact Ph each that it needs, also goes on to say not picky about soil, but then tells the exact kind of soil it needs which one is like I said if if I was new starting out, this would be extremely maybe at least have the correct information on the walk-through of the plant that you’re showing me not misinformation or contradicting yourself try hard harder
