I want my money back, the application does not work for me, almost none of the plants I have are registered in the application. So why does have it? Please contact me. Regards.

Apps que si bien son descargadas, no son las de mayor demanda y aún así cobran carísimo

Favor de cancelar la suscripción está carísimo y no se puede cancelar! Como que 180 días sin renovar y se cancela , ya me robas más de 5mil pesos

Tomas la primera foto y te manda directo a hacer el pago. Según tienes 3 días gratis pero cualquier función te manda al pago.

Tiene algún costo???

No te deja identificar la planta si no pagas una membresía mensual bien cara. Si así es la cosa mejor que el app fuera de paga, al menos así no me siento tan engañada. Muy mal app estoy muy enojada😡

Es un asco ya que no te deja ver nada te pide que pagues y no deja hacer nada solo tomas la foto y te obliga a pagar y no puedes ver los que le hace falta

Like others I downloaded it expecting it to be free. It then required a subscription to actually use. I decided to pay for the subscription so I could identify some plants in my yard. I’m pretty certain that the subscription I agreed to is not the one I’ve been being charged for. When I went to cancel there were reasonably priced options, not the $10 a week version.

The concept of this app is great and I was super excited to use it and it did me identify several plants, but the accuracy can be hit or miss. Also, sometimes the care tips are a bit too general. Makes me feel like I still need to go outside the app to do more research.
