Other than there are bugs sometime while ordering, it’s only allow waiting time at least 30 minutes for pickup order. Even though u have order thru the app, the staff will finish all the in store order first (although u hv alrd ordered long ago) & only follow the app pickup time. It’s not the staff fault for this, but please allow your customer order to be in sequence (whether in store or app order) & have shorter pickup time to be chosen in the app.

The app actually serves no purpose, as observed from other similar comments. Other than tracking the points systems, you cannot order online for self-pick up or delivery. This is because the system crashes out every time I try to edit drink contents. Please fix it!
