Playstation is fun. Until the account of your 11 year old child gets banned for a week and you can not get in contact with Sony Playstation AT ALL. 😡Reason? Undisclosed. Impossible to find out what it was after the ban because during the ban… the account can not be logged in to?! 😳 Can’t see anything in mine, not even the ban! 🤷🏼‍♂️
Phone? Endless waiting (>30’). 
E-mail? Not possible. 
Form? Please call. 
Call? More endless waiting (>30’).

How are you able to explain your kid what he/she did wrong! This is appalling. At least you should be able to find out is what exactly were the grounds for the ban. 
The customer portal website actually states: not happy? You can go to court. Really?! What happened to communication?

Aangekochten games en dlc kan ik opnieuw via de app aankopen. Deze worden niet (meer) getoond in de app als aangekocht. 
Daarnaast zijn de stars ook niet up to date en zijn mijn laatste aankopen niet bijgeteld. Waardoor ik punten verlies voor een eventuele PSN aankoopbon. 

Positief:

Makkelijk om ingame berichten te beantwoorden. Je wenslijst aan te vullen. En notificaties te ontvangen als iets in sale komt van je wenslijst. 

Hopelijk worden de aankoop en star problemen snel opgelost.
