Support ganz schlecht. Der Support wird hier bei Sony möglichst weit vom Nutzer ferngehalten. Man kommt hier nirgends an eine Ticketerstellung. Rezensionen von Spielen gibts auch nicht. Es könnte ja jemand schreiben wie schlecht alles läuft. Wenn ein Assassins Creed Valhalla 3 Minuten nach Addons sucht oder immer wieder 15 Sekunden einfriert, kann man das nirgends angeben. Zur Zeit spiel ich Outlaws. Es kommt immer das kein Login möglich ist und dann verliere ich mein ganzen Aussehen, zuwie meine DLC’s. Nur Kaufen funktioniert ruckzuck..

Eigentlich geht man davon aus, dass Updates Verbesserungen bringen. Satz mit x, das war wohl nix. Übersichtlichkeit reicht jetzt locker an Office 2000 heran, wer suchet der findet. Oder auch nicht. Sorry Sony, das geht gar nicht. Geheimtipp für alle Verzweifelten: der Zurück-Button ist jetzt das transparente graue runde Ding über der schwarzen UI links unten. Logisch, oder? Das absolute Hammer-Super-Feature in diesem Update ist aber, dass man jetzt das iPad in den Porträt-Modus, ja richtig - Hochkant - drehen muss wenn man die App benutzen will. Danke, danke, darauf habe ich soooo lange gewartet, Orientierungs-unabhängige Apps sind so oldschool. Dafür habt ihr euch einen fetten Stern verdient, weiter so!

Update: Landscape geht nun seit einiger Zeit. Jedoch ist die Performance auf aktuellen iOS Geräten unterirdisch. iPhone 14 Pro und iPad 10, iOS 16 und nun iOS 17: der Shop ist so gut wie nicht nutzbar und führt nach einigen Minuten zuverlässig zum Absturz der App. Die anderen Features sind mir egal, im Grunde ist die App so nutzlos für mich, schade.

Update 12/24: liebe Entwickler, nehmt ein aktuelles iPad und schaut mit eurer App im Store ein paar Spiele an. Wenn ihr mehr als 10 schafft bevor das Gerät weder auf Gesten und nicht einmal auf die physischen Buttons reagiert, solltet ihr unbedingt einen Lottoschein ausfüllen, dann seid ihr echte Glückspilze! Die App ist eine technische Katastrophe, leider bleibt nichts anderes als das in aller Deutlichkeit zu sagen.
