This app is absolutely terrible. It signed me out and won’t allow me to sign back in because “the password is wrong,” which I know it’s not. Nonetheless, I tried to change the password by going to their suggested website, and when I type in my email, it says “error occurred” EVERY SINGLE TIME. Won’t even let me speak to an actual person. Customer service is terrible at Sony. This’ll be the last time I get a PS related app.
