It's reliable apart from the occasional glitch, and you can pay a few dollars every month for some extra features (more custom emotes, no ads, a "mentions" tab, that kind of thing). Currently I'm a paid user who's seeing a lot of large ads in the app, and they aren't just the recent ads for the Plurk swag (which didn't bother me) -- they're ads for financial services and things like that. Tsk tsk. Fix it, Plurk. However there is one bug that is causing inconcinience. The auto display of a link will misidentify links that contains both English and Chinese (e.g. those of wikipedia) and break them apart. I like this one, partly because it allows me to invert the screen colors, which the other app doesn’t let me do and which is necessary due to my migraines.
