Two step verification is killing my team
The new 2 step verification is very inconsistent; it varies from text to email to OTP to approval link from another device. The captchas are unreadable. It’s very challenging for my older, less tech savvy shoppers. Please make the 2 step easier or more consistent. It also requires the same log in credentials 2-3 times every time they log in. Very frustrating.
