I used the app alongside the textbook and study guides and it was a key part of my study tools. You can so the quick 10 questions anywhere, anytime to check your knowledge and progress. For each answer it gives you a detailed explanation and reference to the textbook. I would highly recommend this great app.
I love using this app to help me study. Tells me exactly the areas I need to improve on, I can choose the number of questions for exam practise and it’s timed, gives me percentages of how I’ve done and keeps a record of all my exam attempts. I love it!! Highly recommend if you’re taking the NASM CPT certification!!
I passed my exam no thanks to this crummy app. Use your study guide and practice quizzes.
Some of the answers given do not seem accurate as per the book and some have spelling mistakes making it hard to understand the question. I’m not confident using this app for my Exam prep.

I started using this app less than 10 days before I sat for the exam at home and I passed this week. I don’t think I would have without this app. While the questions available in the app are not necessarily the same as those in the exam, they prepare you for the exam because they are much more challenging. Highly recommend!
The in-app question style, format, & ability to review missed questions contributed to my passing the NASM-CPT on the first time. If I ever need to study for another exam, I’m using pocket prep.
I paid for this app and I still have the ad at the beginning...but this is not the problem. I can’t close the ad’s page and can’t acces the app, have to delete ans reinstall it every time I nees to use it .
A few bugs early on but app improvement (with Beta program) increased quickly. Would not have passed without the easy to use & relevant tool. Also Peter - sent me a good luck email day before exam!! Who does that? Thank you so much for this app!
So worth the money spent!
