Pocket Yoga works great on your Apple Watch. When you are playing a practice on your iPhone you can get extra information directly on your wrist. See the current pose, time remaining, heart rate, calories burned, and much more. You can even control your practice directly from your Apple Watch.
WIDGET
The “Pose of the Day” Widget helps you learn the names of the poses by showing you a different pose each day. You can see the name of the daily pose in English, Sanskrit and even in Devanagari script. Also tap on the pose image to launch Pocket Yoga and go directly to that pose.

The One and Only

I’ve used this app since 2014 and have never ever felt the need to go elsewhere. It’s especially refreshing that, after all this time, there’s been a once-off fee and the entire app is available to you. The developers are not greedy subscription hunters who want to charge over the top prices for absolutely everything. And that is really in line with them wanting to make yoga and wellness practices available to everyone. So, well done, whoever you are. This is the absolute best yoga app out there. ❤️

Easy way to return to daily practice

This app has made it simple and enjoyable for me to return to practice. The preset routines are well narrated and the music is not distracting. I appreciate having a library of poses, but I had hoped I could search by body part (eg. Hip stretches).

This is a great guide for anyone wanting to practice yoga on the go... You can set your time, choose your routine, and make it fit your schedule - no excuses not to practice yoga :)

Good, but repetitive

I enjoy the strength and flexibility that the app provides. However, the routines become extremely repetitive. Maybe after a certain amount of practices, one should be able to "unlock" a new routine.
