A lot of bugs it’s making my game glitch it’s very annoying I never really had a problem I love the game I play it literally all day long but it’s very frustrating

One of my favorite apps to play on the go if you have a child, this is perfect to put on their iPad so they can collect Pokémon on a long car ride lots of fun Pokémon to collect and they love the AR mode absolutely incredible. I love this game too so fun. I love how easy to login is. I just wish I could put my Pokémon cards. I have in this game and transferred the Pokémon. That’s my only complaint lol

The game software is very glitchy and occasionally crashes during gameplay. To avoid losing your shiny encounters or rare finds you need a strong wifi connection, or you'll lose all the good things you worked for. The only way to enjoy the game is to do remote raids or walk miles and miles, outside of that being stationary will affect your progression. Just to be clear, the customer service is not very helpful and careless about how much money you put into the game overall, they will not cater to Pokemon fans and long-time players.

Too many money wasting, heart breaking horrible glitches

The game is awesome & fun. But it crashes too much, fails to draw sprites, and keeps stuttering and pausing at critical points. I’ve missed catching, lost rare pokemon, and remote passes. The games glitches have made it nearly unplayable; stop adding features and make it stable.

I just did a dusk mane necrozma raid on raid day so I could finally reach 1k solar energy again but no, I didn’t get a single solar energy when I finished it. Maybe it’s because I finished the remote raid after 5:00 but still, I did the raid only for the energy just for NONE. So can I have my remote pass back?

Keeps kicking me out of remote raids I paid to be in … this is extremely frustrating this game feels like a money grab scam

Doing thirty raids during the necrozma event to not get a single shiny or 4 star is ridiculous the odds were said to be 1 out of 10 absolutely terrible event.

Okay, so I just joined a raid with a remote raid pass, and during the raid, I just got kicked out. To remote raid pass given back to me, and no Pokemon to catch. It just said something about a error, and this had happened to me once before. And I’d love to be refunded, but seeing how such a big company can be, 😒 they truly don’t care. I’d like to regard some issues with the game that has been spoken about above. I’d like to be refunded, and I will give a 5star review if done so, but I’m really mad about the necrozma I wasn’t to able to because of this games bugs. It’s truly ruining the gaming experience for me, and the fact they raised prices on remote raid passes I don’t like also. I just wasted my last coins on that remote raid pass and now I just lost one. It’s also very hard to get more, and that is why I’m sharing my concern about this. Please refund me. Also a good game. Just a lot of unfair game changing negative way bugs.
