## PolyNome Description

PRACTICE — Plan, play, and track your progress.
PERFORM — Build your band’s click Setlist in seconds.

Designed by a musician, for musicians. Used by Vinnie Colaiuta, Peter Erskine, Virgil Donati, Dennis Chambers & more.

◆ THE BASICS

▶ Sample-accurate metronome for any time signature, with automatic and randomized tempo changes, subdivision faders, tap tempo, Big Numbers, and a classic pendulum.
▶ Choose from hundreds of sounds, including voice counting. With Premium, import or record your own samples.
▶ Use the repeat counter and timer to track your work or stop automatically at your target.
▶ Program two independent sequencers with overlapping rhythms or different time signatures.
▶ Built-in tuner with calibration (for example, A=442), plus hands-free control using Siri or Bluetooth/MIDI.

NOTE: Playlists, Practice Log, Media Tracks, Konnakol, Custom Sounds, and more require an In-App Purchase. Eligible customers can try Premium free for one month. PolyNome Pro is a separate one-time purchase with all features available at purchase.

◆ LEARN

› Learn songs faster and take the stress out of rehearsals with Media Tracks

▶ Import from Apple Music, YouTube, or your own audio and video files.
▶ Mark bars and sections in one pass, then jump anywhere with a tap—no scrubbing to find your place.
▶ Loop or slow down difficult passages, then create and annotate a clean, printable Lead Sheet.

› Learn with interactive resources

▶ Install resources combining video, playable rhythms, scores, and notes—from the 40 Essential Rudiments to The Black Page—or create your own.

› Hear, see, and understand complex rhythms

▶ Program virtually any rhythm—even irrational meters such as 4/5—and hear accents, flams, drags, rolls, and ties played precisely.
▶ Add automatic spoken and written counting, or use Stroke Guides to see the correct sticking for any rudiment.
▶ Build two- and three-way polyrhythms, hear how the parts fit together, and follow multiple animated visualizations.

◆ PRACTICE

› Plan ahead. Then just play

▶ Use Goals to choose what to work on, when, and for how long—including overall targets that tell you when to move on.
▶ Build routines with Playlists, automations, repeats, and voice cues. Keep timers, charts, book pages, videos, and notes one tap away.
▶ Record the screen with a camera feed, then turn the video into a Media Track to annotate, loop, and slow down.

› See the work add up

▶ PolyNome automatically logs every exercise, tempo, duration, and date. Follow streaks, spot neglected tempos, and compare practice periods.
▶ Add notes to any event and see your cumulative time on that exercise at that moment—revealing how long improvement took.
▶ Print PDF reports or export your history as CSV. Teachers can review what students practiced and read notes made while difficulties were fresh.

◆ PERFORM — Build your band’s click Setlist in seconds.

▶ Create clicks for originals, automatically find the tempo, key, and duration of covers, or import an Apple Music playlist.
▶ See the total running time as you build, and add interval or encore markers showing the duration above each break.
▶ Produce a professional printable Setlist in a couple of taps.

› Take everything you need on stage

▶ Attach charts, PDFs, text notes, or forScore links so the right information appears with each click.
▶ If someone starts first, use Tap To Start to bring the click in at their tempo, or use haptics for a silent click you can feel.

◆ ORGANIZE, DISCOVER & SHARE

▶ Keep Rhythms, Clicks, Media, Playlists, Setlists, and Shortcuts organized—and find anything with search, labels, sorting, and filtering.
▶ Discover lessons and examples from Home, explore the free Public Library, or join the Practice Room for live Q&As, support, and courses.
▶ Share with PolyNome users or export MIDI and audio files.
▶ Supports VoiceOver.
▶ Send audio to other apps with Audiobus or Inter-App Audio.

## PolyNome Reviews in Норвегия

### **--- "Expensive and confusing"
There are two different versions of the app in the App Store, and impossible to understand what the differences are. There are a lot of features, for sure, but it turns out that you need to purchase a lot of them as add ons with in app purchases.
I find it hard to understand how to create and edit settings, and after I had spent a lot of time trying to do something as simple as a 60bpm tap, the app crashes and my stored presets were gone.
-- an-ders, 2021-04-21
