To whom it may concern,

I would like to follow up the update status of my case. The case is I made a order and paid with my credit card in Pop Mart application at 7th SEP. But the system still showing waiting for payment and automatically cancel my order. But money is already charged. When I asked to the customer service, they said I need to show the transaction number as the proof of payment.

So, I contacted to the bank and requested for the transaction number. The staff from the bank told me that the transaction was success and the money is transferred to your Pop Mart Bank account. 

I already explained all conditions to your customer staffs and also provide every informations they asked for. But they still don’t solve the problem and only tell me that the team is verifying. 

Why the team takes too long to verify this only one transaction even I gave all informations. And when I asked details about the condition, they didn’t answer anything. What is your customer service? 

Please help me to fix this problem and I want to get the order success or my money get back. I want to know the update status of this case in details.

I will attach the evidence screenshots in this email. Thank you.
