Instructions are never followed and the drivers do not speak a lick of English, and a delivery is set for furniture of 57aed on the app, when the driver gets to the pick up location he says is furniture and he needs 700aed when the furniture option is selected before booking and to take someone to help with the furniture. Deleted the app and definitely do not use, they will never survive in Dubai

Im telling the guy i wanna speak to an arabic guy as per my choice in ivr, and he answer in indian. Im supposed to learn indian to do business with you in dubai an arabic city ?  Waste of time and money. Use careem a bit more expensive but less headache and drama. I received 12 calls for a single ride and the rider impolite start shouting on me why im sending him like he is doing free for me.

Don’t use this app it’s very very poor. I book a ride when it’s complete. I pay from my card. payment cut from my card but import application it’s not complete but payment cut from my card then I pay again again cut from my card now they did not return my money. I suggest you don’t use this for application because I call service centre they said we forward our investigation department every time they said we forward our investigation department but they did not give me a solution

I use this app because I have no alternative. The only other option is Careem, where the prices are twice as high. That’s the main reason I use Porter—I use it and cry. I rely on delivery apps for my business, and my clients pay for delivery together with their order because it’s inconvenient to pay for delivery separately in cash (who even uses cash in 2025?).

Firstly, the ridiculous option of online payment only upon arrival forces you to stay glued to the app and constantly monitor the situation to ensure the driver doesn’t ask the customer for cash. This has happened to me a couple of times, and it ruined the customer’s experience with my business, leading to negative reviews, all because of Porter. Please allow users to link their card and make online payments seamlessly.

Secondly, the support service, which can only be reached by phone, is quick to respond, and I understand this might be helpful in urgent cases. However, all the operators speak with a strong Indian accent (no offense intended—this is not about racism, but it’s genuinely one of the hardest accents to understand). For Dubai, where people from so many nationalities live, please add an online chat option.
