Game is literally unplayable because of a known issue where the chapters won’t download. This has been broken for 6 months. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 10 times. I also tried variations of restarting my device as well. So curious why this is so difficult to fix.

I love this game I always speed run it and my brother always gives weird stares because I’m always so invested! And theres no bugs I’ve found, but when ever i try to download the new shops the game always tells me “error” and I’ve tried reloading the game and paying money (In game money) and gems and yet it keeps saying “error” and I’m pretty sad that i can’t play the new levels because of this glitch. Love the animation on this game!  Finished first location levels and had so much fun!!!  Now I’ve moved on to the next location having saved up in the game. Only problem is, when I try to download the chapter, it says “error, try again later”. And it doesn’t matter if I choose the chapter download or the whole location download, it gives me the same error.  So…eager for more if 8 can get past this hurdle.
