Love the content of these magazines, but it would be nice if I could actually read them. I can't view any of the issues I've paid for, because whenever I try to log in to access them, I get the message "Authentication Failed". I have so far found no way to resolve this problem, and can't find a link anywhere to help me.
Cant read my magazine !
I can't read any of my year long paid subscription because it says "authentication failed" whenever I put in my CORRECT password. It's always done this from the first day I subscribed. In the app, there is no way to recover or change the password either, nor is there anyway to get help. I tracked down the website finally, only to consistently get an error, page not found message. If anyone from the company reads this review, I would LOVE to be able to read the magazines that I PAY for. Help!!!
I have been a practical horseman subscriber for at least 15 years. I recently purchased an iPad and read it on my tablet now. I love it.
As an equestrian, who happens to be black, I'm very disappointed and disgusted that this magazine has decided to disregard MLK and his dream: “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” Marxism is behind BLM, not ”diversity”. All lives matter or no lives matter. Period. I have promptly cancelled my subscription until you stop this racist nonsense.
Don’t waste your money. The app doesn’t work.
If you haven’t figured out by now that this area is a complete rip off and doesn’t work, will then try for yourself. Apples should remove this app from the App Store
Unfortunately this app never works. Issues don’t download or open. I’m very disappointed!
This went from bad to worse ... don’t buy. So sad as other mags have long since found a way to share their content online, but this is a disaster from start to finish.
Not only did I lose access to all of my previous issues, as stated in the other reviews, I could no longer access my account after a week and the developer's help page no longer exists so there is no way to get help or your money back.
