Horrible customer service. Not a good app or service.

Do not subscribe.

Booked a plumbing project. Plumber calls through a robo calling service, which I block as spam. I asked for the technicians number directly but the company refused because they don’t trust their plumbers. Apparently, of the technicians contact you directly they are prone to do side deals. Called Premium Home Service and they wouldn’t even assign me a new plumbing contractor. They closed it as a “completed service” and nobody showed up to do the work.

Ben was on time and was able to fix my heat, I didn’t mind paying the 700$ to replace the motor. I made the appointment today and he was here today, the other places I called all said it would be a few days until they could send someone out. Would have probably cost the same for the work that was done. Ben was nice and professional. I signed up for the membership so if something goes wrong I know I will be taken care of.

property managers such as myself have the responsibility of calling out different contractors and companies to fix things all the time. Looking to not get scammed I’ll call out a company write down there quote and call out a second one to see if the first one was fair. All of this searching and calling changed once I found this app, tech comes out sends me a quote a quarter the price of the last company and has it fixed that same day. Since then I’ve used PHS 17 times for plumbing ac and electrical jobs at the condos and have never been happier as if I just got retired early by an app. (Please don’t show my boss this or I’ll probably lose my healthcare and salary) I haven’t gone into the office in months have been able to pay through the app ☺️

I’ve called multiple times and have been assured I’ll get a refund and my membership will be canceled, and an email will come “in 24 hours” confirming. Still no email, no refund. I called on the renewal date trying to cancel and they told me it was canceled but I was still charged.

This company is a middle man. I revieved a callback within a reasonable time and revieved a 10% discount on their quoted price. I needed electrical work to connect an oven to the electrical subpanel. The work done was not to code and I'll be left to resolve this with another contractor. When subscribing to the service an annual subscription is pushed siting discounts and priority response. When you want to cancel there is no prorated refund. There is no using the remaining time on your subscription. There is no talking to a manager. There is no talking to the billing department. You're unable to remove your card from your profile. The representative just cancels your subscription and says "don't worry about it". When asked for the number to call billing or the manager they don't know it. As a result the card I used is canceled and fraud alert posted for this company. Unfair and shady business practices.

Totally fake and a big scam. You call a local number but then you’re not dealing locally. Before anything they charge you $199 and when they get you an appointment it’s always and hour from the time you called. Of course no one will come. And when you call them you will get a different person every single time all saying that they’re on the way. Believe the complaints that are posted here.

I paid $250 for the year subscription. 10% discount in the work was promised. I paid the contractor $14k, did not receive any discount. Reported to customer service, they said they’d call back. Then they ghosted me. No response to emails. Cheated me out of $1400. It’s been a year. I’ve sent a written notice of cancellation. Let’s see what happens. My guess is I’ll be reporting fraud.

Avoid at all costs! The app works fine, it’s the people that run it that are a total scam. They list a local company address where a business does not even exist. They book your appointment, take a credit card # to book and then never show up or answer your calls. Had to dispute the service call fee with my bank and lock my card so they wouldn’t charge me more. AVOID!
