Very convenient
Downloaded this app and it’s been very helpful. Takes out the extra step of calling the pharmacy when writing prescriptions.

When I try to register the app tells me that my DEA number is invalid, and that is the only number that I have for the DEA, given by the DEA and not mistyped How do I fix that?
Doesn’t work
When I first downloaded the app it worked great. But pharmacies are no longer receiving my prescriptions
This app is not it
When I first started using this app I thought it was pretty good. After using it for a few weeks, I can now say that it’s not that great. It takes FOREVER for prescriptions to be pushed to the pharmacy, even tho when you submit it says it will be delivered within an hour. I recently sent in a prescription for a patient and it was sent to a pharmacy in an entirely different state. I would rather pay a couple hundred bucks a year on an app that actually works and does what it says. I know this app is free, but as a busy provider I don’t have time to chase down prescriptions or constantly email their IT people. Do yourself a favor and get a better app.
I think this is a scam
I tried to open an account 2 weeks ago. I submitted the documentation they requested at the time but the app keeps saying they are still verifying my credentials. I started to look up the developer online and it is possible this is a scam. I am concerned for what they will do with my medical license information. ☹️

Don’t know if this is a scam or not but I haven’t been verified nor an email sent to say what the holdup is. Terrible start.
DEA shouldn’t be required
I do not prescribe controlled medications, why can’t I use this app without a DEA number??
Would not verify
Filled out everything correctly only to be told I couldnt be verified and had to email them directly. Waist of time
Great app
In 2024, you anticipate all providers to have tools such as this app to streamline medicine for patients. Amazing work on behalf of the creators from a family medicine provider
