## PRESTO Description
With the official PRESTO app you can manage your card and tap your iPhone or Apple Watch to pay for transit.

Use the PRESTO app for iPhone:

• Real-time loads, transactions and more
• Load funds instantly 
• Load transit passes instantly 
• Live transfer window tracking
• Move funds between PRESTO cards
• Lock or unlock your card if it's missing
• Buy and use e tickets for participating transit agencies
• Convert a physical PRESTO card to PRESTO in Apple Wallet and tap your iPhone or Apple Watch to pay for transit (not available on OC Transpo) 
• Pay with Apple Pay, debit/credit cards, or saved payment method
• Set up and manage Autoload and Autorenew
• Check your PRESTO card balances
• View transaction history
• Receive low balance/pass expiry reminders and email receipts for fare purchases
• Buy a PRESTO card and create a PRESTO account
• Set, modify or remove a default trip for GO Transit rail trips through the settings menu

First why do I keep getting logged out. ITS VERY INCONVENIENT. When on the go and need to reload my funds, and I’m randomly logged out, so I need to enter my log in details while walking. And enter my payment and address even though it’s supposed to be already saved in my “SAVED PAYMENT METHODS” but it’s NOT. I give up. I just end up paying with my debit card with the regular adult fare and not the youth fare. I end up paying more cause this app sucks.

The app works well, can set up my autoload, check balance, and updated my info pretty easily. Only drawback is the white screen (with a cancel in the upper left hand corner) that momentarily appears before the landing page does. Bit annoying to see it.

I can never get my phone to tap and I regret transferring over to this app. I hold up the lines, am often missing trains, because I can’t tap. I have now had to build extra time into my commute because of the trouble shooting at the swipe locations. It’s embarrassing.

UPDATE: I have always had Express Transit on since I transferred it to the Wallet and it is still refuses to tap either on the bus or at the station. I continue to be embarrassed. It’s been two weeks of me testing different tap on/offs and it still never works for me.

I know it is like a banking app but I can convert to Apple Pay but I thought it was for all busses but I live in Ottawa and it’s oc transpo in the next month I want it available now or I’ll give one star if don I’ll give five
