Quite disappointed with the presto. Already 1 month since I order my robot vacuum cleaner until now I haven't received or shipped it. I ordered on 18th June 2023, today is already 24th July 2023. Please don't use this app to do shopping. Use another platform, please. From Malaysia. Thank you 🙏🏻

I downloaded the app to redeem my bonuslink points by buying an item on 10 april 2023 seller by Presto Home & Living. As of today (29 April 2023), status still preparing for shipment. When email the customer service, the reply i received is the item is out of stock, they will ship the item when the stock is available. If out of stock, why not put it out of stock in the first place? when purchased and then need to wait not sure until when only received the item. really bad relied by customer service presto and also not customer centric. if you are planning to use presto, stop !!
I’ve redeemed a XiaoMi cooker from Grab and applied the voucher code in PrestoMall on the 16th of April and even paid the shipping. When I checked today it shows no transaction nor order found. Seriously? How can an app this old be this incompetent and lose my order? The only proof I have is just a M2U transaction that I made with PrestoMall in regards to the shipping.
After put powerbank back to machine and the time still counting，and i cant lend again 。keep deduct my money.
Already change the password more than few time and try many time log in still said not match with username and password,if really want to do a good business .please keep the apps good and no this type of problem.if not how customer how to enjoy a good service if keep like this
This is definately one of the worst shopping app available. It so difficult to buy, to redeem, to search and so on. Poorly developed software and poorly operated shopping app.
I bought an item for free due to voucher but paid rm5.30 for shipping. 2 months later my order still never arrive ! Contacted support but no one is actually checking the status ! Prestomall is a scam, don’t bother using this platform. Have never seen customer service this worst. I feel petty myself if I really want to file a police report for mere RM5.30 shipping fee.
