Replies from support are not supportive. -- pdxpaws, 2025-11-10 ### *---- "Never do Insta Jobs" When your correctly completed shop is rejected and you appeal it, you will get pushed back and forth between presto and the mystery shopping company. You will never get a straight answer and you will get your time and compensation stolen from you. -- KCJ1989, 2025-09-10 ### *---- "Randomly Restricted" I used to love this app. Easy way to make some money on the side. They paid fast and were pretty fair in their evaluations. Then I was randomly blocked from claiming anything on the app. I tried calling the support team, number doesn’t even ring, just hangs up on you. I emailed the support team and didn’t receive a reply. Tried again after a few weeks and got this reply: “Thank you for reaching out. You have been restricted from projects on Presto due to issues with prior reports.” No actual explanation as to what is wrong. I explained that this doesn’t make sense. I completed my shops on time, had a very high acceptance rate and good shopper rating. But I was not provided any further information or reason. Literally one of the worst, least helpful support teams I’ve ever encountered. I have to shut down my phone and start back up. I have done hundreds of jobs. I am currently working on specified assignments. They have people sitting at a computer reviewing the assignments that reject them based on their opinion Regardless of the guidelines for the job. They give you the option of contesting having your income affected but it goes back to the same person who very seldom will admit they made a mistake. There is no way to contact supervisors or anybody else to address the situation. I now have people Who are upset with my questioning their judgment or retaliatory rejecting my work. This has cost me over $100, caused an enormous amount of stress, wasted gas and my time. If you’re going to create an app for a company it should be user-friendly for the people doing the work and not just for the clients. If you put in a Help ticket it goes to IT who are only looking to help with app glitches and you left unable to rectify the situation. -- SweetLeap, 2025-02-03 ### *---- "This is the most" Unstable and frustrating app ever.
