29 Nov after updating new IOS, all my saved labels are not showing, please fix the issue / the bug

App not working
Have been trying for an hour but the App is not working on iOS 18.0.1. No templates are loading, can give any prints. Glitchy app.

App keeps Crashing
Very easy to use but before I can print, every time I open the App, it keeps on crashing.. Like i tried opening it more than 10x.
Cannot open
App can’t open, or taking very long to open. Once it’s opened, you cannot navigate to other things. It’s like freezing 😩
Font
Please put another language fonts, like Arabic and Persian and… thanks
Updates make the app and printer basically useless
Newest updates changed the app to barely work and it requires tons of extra work to print a label that used to be very simple.
Chinese Spyware
This app is stealing your personal data (name, phone number, contacts, even your location). A label maker does not need this kind of information. Has it ever occurred to you why the physical product is so inexpensive? It’s because they are selling your data or working for the communist Chinese government. Do not install this app. It is spyware.
Barely Works
The app is great until it doesn’t want to start up. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it and it never opens right.
Love it!
I love the way that you can pick different designs for the border also like how you can change the font sizes and sizes . Just an overall good
