Do NOT work with this company. You are required to pay to be part of a platform that will not get you jobs. They make you travel and perform your first massage without pay. I worked one job in FOUR YEARS. THIS IS A SCAM

If you are a beauty pro please really think twice before joining this platform. 1st the tipping feature is only 15% and does not give the customer a choice to add more. You don’t even get that money because of how much the platform takes of the service costs! 2nd When there are customers that use the app (which is rare because the platform doesn’t market to the cities that it’s in) try to get the job is like the BIGGEST RAT RACE because the app DOESN'T WORK. It crashes, goes blank, you cant talk to the client, and there is NO customer support. It’s a shame this thing is so terrible, it could be great if actually cared about the service providers

I love this app for work because I get to travel to the comfort of my clientele instead of working in a Salon. I hated working in a Salon where you have to wait on customers to come to get the services that they’re looking for. Grateful for this. Only thing is the app freezes and I have to keep deleting and downloading it over and over. What can I do about that small issue.
